Join the Woven Together in Western Kentucky Basket Guild for their 32nd Annual retreat at Rough River State Resort Park. Three days of classes, vendors, open weave, and fellowship. March 4–6, 2027.

Registration:

• $40.00 registration fee (class fees paid separately)
• Limited to the first 150 people
• Postmark deadline: November 30, 2026
• Include a long self-addressed stamped envelope (LSASE)
• Make checks payable to “Woven Together in Western Kentucky”
• Cash or check only — no credit cards, Venmo, or PayPal
• Refunds (less $10 processing fee) available before December 1, 2026
• If class checks not received by December 15, 2026, your spot may be offered to the next person in line

Lodging:

• Rough River State Resort Park — rooms in the same building as the retreat; cottages ½–¾ mile from the lodge.
• Reservations must be made by February 15, 2027 to guarantee a room.

• Alternate lodging: Hatfield Inn (Leitchfield, KY) and St. Clair Motor Lodge (Falls of Rough, KY).

Meals: All meals are the responsibility of participants. Grayson’s Landing restaurant is in the lodge; communal tables available.

What to Bring: Basic basket weaving supplies — tape measure, scissors, water container, clothespins, towel, etc. Check class descriptions for special items.
